My story:

 

I am from Huntsville, Alabama and attended Auburn University. I married my high school sweetheart in June 2019 and we moved across the country together and now reside in Denver, CO. My husband Zach is my biggest support system, and without him, I wouldn't be where I am today. When Zach and I moved to Colorado, he was the one who pushed me to pursue this dream of mine.

 

Growing up, I was a busy bee, always filling my time with arts and crafts. From scrapbooking to jewelry designing, and from dancing to singing, my childhood was fueled by creativity. I have always been independent, and my dream was to work for myself and own my own business one day. And here I am, a 24 year old entrepreneur growing my own online business.

 

In college, I needed a creative outlet to fill my spare time and keep me busy. Freshman year, I started an Instagram dedicated to some of my biggest passions, traveling and fashion. I fell in love with the blogging community, which led me here! Since then, I have built my own social media brand from the ground up. Through hard work and perseverance, I began monetizing my content on Instagram (@leisurely.layne). I spent all my weekends in college pitching to companies and creating meaningful photo concepts. I have since worked with my dream brands including Macy's, Ulta, Target, Verizon, and dozens of other amazing companies.
